Tom (Advanced Construction) has built us 2 houses. One in Kentucky and the other in Tennessee. Was willing to travel that distance to help us out because we could not find a builder we liked to build our retirement home in Tennessee. Wonderful person and his team to work with and not a problem changing things last minute on them. He has also built a few houses for friends as we had recommended Advanced Construction Company, also while building 1st house the owner of the property across the street came over to take a look and hired Tom to build her house.
